11 September: Ajax Orlando announced the hiring of three new executives today. Rich Bradley was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, while Dart McCarty becomes Director of Youth Operations and Erik Visser joins the technical staff of Ajax Orlando as Director of Scouting for the West Coast.

Rich Bradley is a former Vice President and CEO of Kansas City Sports Enterprises (KCSE) and Major Indoor Soccer League's Kansas City Comets. Previously, Bradley held senior positions with FOX Sports, Sunshine Network, Empire Sports Network and other television enterprises. He also worked with Pittsburgh Pirates and Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball, as well as with Temple University Athletics.

Dart McCarty is a former director of public information for World Cup USA 1994, Inc. Previously, McCarty spent more than a decade as a coach and administrator with the Central Florida United Soccer Club.  McCarty's career also includes military service as a Navy Top Gun fighter pilot.

Erik Visser was born in the Netherlands and played on AFC Ajax Amsterdam junior teams and for amateur side AFC Amsterdam before relocating to the United States, where he has served as an assistant coach of the US U-20 national team where he worked with several prominent American players including Landon Donovan, Bobby Convey, DaMarcus Beasley and Edson Buddle. Currently Visser serves as head and assistant coach with University of San Francisco's mens and womens soccer programs. It is not yet known whether Visser's new position with Ajax Orlando means he will be leaving USF.

According to Ajax Orlando President and CEO Mark Dillon, these are the first of several hirings for his organization.

"With the combined experience that these three professionals bring to the program, the enthusiasm and excitement surrounding Ajax Orlando continues to build," said Dillon. "We really couldn't have asked for a better foundation." (JM)
