Mention Ajax of Amsterdam, and you're likely to think of a few things first: the red and white shirt, total football and - perhaps more than anything else - youth development.

Every aspect of the Ajax Youth system is driven by a common philosophy, emphasizing team tactics while encouraging vision and creativity. The primary goal is always to develop the world's best young football players, the cream of which will hopefully move on to the top team: 'Ajax-1', the first team of AFC Ajax in Amsterdam.
